Ensuring the fulfillment of the objectives outlined in the 4th annual meeting of the Republican Interagency Council on Youth on February 8, 2018, and promoting readership culture, developing and supporting creative potential of students, upbringing them in the spirit of theater, social problems and negative phenomena through the speeches, the regional stage of the festival "Talented theater studios" was held on May 8 this year in Navoi, Bukhara and Surkhandarya regions.

On the 19th of April, 2018 students of 6-1 / 16 group of the Faculty of Philology took part in the competition "Orasta qizlar" at the Student House of Bukhara State University. The competition was organized with the active participation of the chairman of the Women's Committee Umurova Hushvaqt Hakimovna.

The Fund of the name of Islam Karimov has organized a competition of essay competition among the students of higher educational institutions of Uzbekistan. This contest was organized in order to improve the memory of the First President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, to raise awareness of the younger generation on the history of the republic and the state independence of our country, ensuring international stability and rebuilding the historical and cultural heritage of our Homeland.
